SaaS Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and scope

This draft governs the matter identified in this document’s title. It applies to visitors, users, customers, administrators, and authorized persons interacting with Zen AI Ecosystems (“Zen”). It does not replace a signed enterprise agreement or mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Roles, decisions, and responsibilities

Zen and each user must act in good faith, provide accurate information, and maintain reasonable access controls. The customer remains responsible for its business decisions, its lawful basis for uploading data, and instructions given to people in its organization.

Automated and AI features provide operational assistance; they do not replace human review, professional advice, or the customer’s legal obligations.

3. Data, security, and third parties

Information is limited to what is necessary to provide, protect, measure, and improve the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve requests. Zen may use infrastructure, payment, communications, analytics, or security providers under reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.

A third-party connection is enabled only with user authorization and may be revoked in the application or through support. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not by itself erase records that must be retained for security, accounting, or law.

4. Choices and procedure

As applicable, the app must offer versioned acceptance, privacy acknowledgement, cookie categories, separate marketing consent, export, rectification, deletion, account closure, cancellation, and source disconnection. ARCO requests are handled through the published procedure and may require identity verification.

Accepting or withdrawing a choice does not retroactively affect processing already performed lawfully. For a material change, Zen will request renewed acceptance before continuing the affected function.

5. Term, changes, and receipts

This is a technical DRAFT with the version and date shown above. Zen will retain a receipt of the version, language, date, account, and consent action when the flow requires it. Material changes will be communicated reasonably and will not be represented as externally approved before that approval exists.

The Spanish version is the governing text for Mexico. English, Portuguese, and French are courtesy translations of the same draft.

6. Contact, complaints, and applicable law

For privacy, ARCO rights, export, rectification, or deletion, use the privacy area in Settings or Zen’s official published contact. For billing, cancellation, and refunds, use the account flow and retain its receipt.

The final law, forum, timeframes, and notices require Mexican legal counsel validation and, where relevant, analysis of the customer’s jurisdiction. This text does not claim certified legal compliance.

7. Draft status

There is no LEGAL_PASS. This package may only be labelled LEGAL_DRAFT_COMPLETE after all 17 documents and four locales are available; external legal approval, final controller identification, and provider configuration remain pending.
